Describe it once. Matched providers come to you.
Small chips can often be repaired if they are dealt with early and are not in the driver's direct line of sight. Cracks usually mean replacement. Add a photo, the vehicle details and whether the screen has a camera or sensors (lane assist, rain sensor), because those may need recalibration after replacement.

Questions
Do providers cover Massey?
Providers choose the regions they cover. A job posted from Massey goes to verified providers who cover West Auckland for windscreen & glass. If none are currently accepting that work, the job form tells you before you post.
Will a cracked windscreen fail a WOF?
Damage in the driver's critical vision area, or cracks that affect safety, can fail a WOF. A glass specialist can advise.
Can a chip be repaired instead of replaced?
Often, if it is small and handled early. Post a photo.
Is posting free?
Yes, for vehicle owners.
