How much does it cost?
Posting jobs is always free. Fleet plans are $49 a month for up to 10 vehicles, $99 for up to 30 and $199 for up to 75 (no GST is charged). Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you can cancel any time.
Do my drivers need an app or a login?
No. Each vehicle gets a QR code for the cab. Drivers scan it with their phone camera, tick the pre-start checklist, enter the odometer and report anything wrong. It takes under a minute.
What happens when a driver reports a problem?
You get an email and a phone alert with what failed and the driver's note. One tap books the repair with local businesses, including mobile mechanics who come to your depot.
Does it track RUC?
Yes. Add the distance your RUC licence runs out at, and the odometer readings from driver checks keep it current. You are warned 1,000 km before it runs out.
Does it handle trucks and the COF?
Yes. Heavy vehicles get a COF expiry date alongside WOF, rego, service and RUC, and it appears in the due list and the morning email the same way, so no truck is parked up for a lapsed Certificate of Fitness.
