Describe it once. Matched providers come to you.
Photos do most of the work here: one close-up of the damage and one from further back to show where it is on the car. Mention whether you want a smart repair (localised) or a full panel refinish, and whether the vehicle is a lease or being sold, since that affects the finish you need.
Common jobs

Scratch and bumper repair around Mt Eden
Whether the vehicle is near Mt Eden Road, Dominion Road and Balmoral Road, or over towards Epsom, Kingsland and Sandringham, put the suburb in the job and it is matched to providers whose coverage includes Central Auckland. Say whether the car can be driven or needs mobile work or a tow, and when it is available.
Central Auckland covers the city fringe and isthmus suburbs from Ponsonby and Grey Lynn across to Remuera and Mt Wellington, and south to Onehunga. Parking and access are tighter here, so mobile work and drop-off logistics matter.

Questions
Do providers cover Mt Eden?
Providers choose the regions they cover. A job posted from Mt Eden goes to verified providers who cover Central Auckland for dent, scratch & bumper repair. If none are currently accepting that work, the job form tells you before you post.
Is a smart repair as good as a respray?
For small localised damage a smart repair can blend well and costs less. Larger damage usually needs the panel refinished.
Can someone come to me?
Some providers work mobile. Profiles show who does.
Is posting free?
Yes, for vehicle owners.
